The figures have been similar or better over the last few days since shorthaul flight crew and cabin crew moved in to T5.

I have to say I don't think I've seen punctuality like this on a daily basis in at least the last 5 years at LHR.
does this relate to take off times or pull back from the stands? - have had a couple of flights recently where we pulled back on time but then waited quite some time for take off with resultant late arrival at the destination.
