I called the 3P line today and got the ICC. Tried to make an award rez. from KOA-OGG and he said that I couldn't because Aloha was out of business!! I said what about Island Air? He said, no, I couldn't book with them. After arguing for a minute and asking for a super. he put me on hold and checked again. After 3 or 4 minutes he came back and said that, yes, I could book award travel on Island Air. He put the rez. on hold and said to call back in 12 hours to see if Island had approved the award. Geeeees-Louise! What a frustrating 20 minutes on the phone. End of rant. It's still only 5K miles.
