The problem is that they don't tell you how many points or the value of the MCO, and both of those will vary depending on the circumstances. Unless you are an SE and use your points for flying, you're probably better off with the MCO, as Jim007 says. You don't have the information to compare, but it also depends on what $$ value you place on a point.
