It's little things like this that frustrate - another slightly bewildered pair of passengers taking up the time of customer service staff, when a better worded email could have spelt out exactly what to do.
When I went through T5 looking for the Passport & Visa desk, it was nowhere in sight and the first two people asked didn't have a clue either. To be fair it was 3 days after opening and their first day on the job.
When they eventually wandered over to a Fast Bag Drop desk to ask them to check it instead even though I had no baggage to check, it turned out that that desk was the Passport and Visa desk, they just couldn't figure out how to change the signs above the desk.
