no it is Windows Mobile based, so it is horrible.

Sorry but I have had it with Windows Mobile in every form, I love MS products I use them every day many times a day my life and work depend on them and I manage them for a living, but MS Windows Mobile is awful.

Anything based on it is garbage pail ready out of the box.
