My experience has been that in Florida the planes tend to be delayed when it's coming from somewhere that is known for delays and then scheduled to do a quick turnaround.

All my delays have been caused by flights from Chicago being late getting to my airport.

That said, if you pull up the route on flightaware you can see the depart/landing times for the recent flights on that route.

MSY-MCO:

SWA204: Left and arrived 4mins early.
SWA442: Left and arrived 10mins early
SWA2237: Left and arrived 9 mins early.
SWA1037: Left and arrived 6 mins early.
SWA623: Left 3 mins early, arrived 15 mins late (a-typical route, weather?)
SWA883: Left and arrived 5 mins late.

So it looks like that route usually runs early, and doesn't have any blaring lates lately. There's SWA3251 that left 4mins early en route right now, and SWA3599 just departed 2 mins early.
