Hmm...I've been told that mileage is ALWAYS based on the metal flown, not the ticketing carrier. I'd say you have a somewhat decent chance of getting the mileage (even automatically).
If you want a bit of insurance, have DL reprint your boarding pass on DL stock and then fax that into Mileage Plan if/when your miles don't post.
