One leg of my flight just went down by $7 I think. I'm not sure whether I should wait for another decrease or get it now.

Spending hours watching fares to save $7 is probably not the best use of your time. WN flights tend to be low. Even a full fare walk up fare will be around $330 in most markets WN traditionally has been in the top ontime, best customer service airlines. You may be worrying too much about too little. Go outside and enjoy the day, its worth more than waiting for the little that the fare will go down.
