I flew on BA93 to Toronto last week on a longhaul 767. Boy, are those planes tired. Every part of the interior looked like it needed a refit. For example, bits were falling off my seat and the overhead bins had a nasty yellow/brown hue about them. The crew were great and the service as good as I have experienced in a long time. I don't doubt the plane is well maintained but it doesn't give a great impression. I came back on a 747 and the boarding impact was very different.

Are BA waiting for a fleet refresh before updating these?
