You will have a choice of either exiting the terminal and walking outside, crossing one lane of traffic, into the parking garage, or you can take an escalator/elevator down to an underground path that crosses under the road, then an elevator back up to the parking level on which Avis is located. Avis is right at the front of the parking garage near the elevators. Very efficient location for both picking up and dropping off a car.
