New to FlyerTalk and Mileage Runs. Wanting to do my first one to take advantage of the AADER promotion. I have never done a MR and don't have the slightest idea how to find them. Are domestic ones cheaper than international ones? Can Net Savers be used?

Anyone wanting to do one from DFW or can help me out, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
