While certainly not the upscale property the OP sought, anyone who is reading this thread should consider The Green Garland, a more-than adequate B&B with 3 min's walk of the Old Town Square.

LOL.....a few weeks later, a passenger at the SFO UA IFL came over to say hello....I was very confused....knew that I had met her somewhere.....when she reminded me that we had been in neighboring rooms at The Green Garland!
