I had the same problem - a double 23.95 charge on April 21 for services I didn't order. I've emailed them and they're looking into it, but I haven't seen the credit yet. If it doesn't come credit within the week, I'll chargeback.
By the way, if you check your online account you'll find that they've also generated a credit report which you can print out now without cost.
