You can submit a missing stay through the "missing stay form" online, by accessing your account, or if you had the bill sent to you as an e-folio (e-mail format) you may forward that e-mail to
[email protected].
If it was a domestic stay within the last 60 days the quickest option would be to contact a Marriott Rewards CSR. They will be able to take care of the stay over the phone.
