I didn't try this before recommending it, but do you get better luck if you construct it as multi-segment instead of a round trip?

ORD-FRA
FRA-TLV
TLV-FRA
FRA-ORD

And then do your search? You should see your UA flights in that format (at least I did when I built a big trip to Italy earlier this year.
