As noted above, It's not easy to get a straight answer out of BofA. I did some searching online prior to posting this question, and on various threads on various boards there was conflicting information.
What I was hoping for was some first hand information based on personal experience. Thanks to those who pointed me to information.
I suppose with the crummy value of the dollar, an ATM fee is the least of my worries!
(MOD: I understand moving this to this thread, but its a question that can come up for travelers to other countries as well.)
