As an experienced united.com user myself, I fall for this catch all too often-- what time of day is your search looking for? I've found that selecting 12am gives you a complete flight list. But if the flight's at 8:59 and you select 9am, chances are the flight will be omitted. Also, maybe in the preferred airines categories, only select United.
