Both 4A and 3K have extra legroom beyond the footstool, which is very important if you are tall and wish to sleep. (The 777s are still ONCW aren't they?) I actually think 4A has slightly more space than 3K. I prefer 4A on day flights because one can see the galley and it makes it easy to attract the attention of the crew to get in those extra glasses of fizz before take-off, and 3K on night flights as it is a little quieter, but there isn't a lot to choose between them.
