Definitely much better than my original itinerary. Overall positive impression, although since I am 6'2", with the bed fully reclined I had to curl a little bit, but this my first time on a flat bed C seat so I can't compare. I did love the electronic seat adjustments -- they were quick, quiet, smooth, and minutely adjustable. I did have problems with the lumbar support button though. I would press it and nothing would happen, but every once in a while I could swear I felt the lumbar support move on its own. So I'm not sure what was happening there. In upright mode the seat was also quite comfortable, but (shhh! don't tell the FAs) I reclined ever so slightly before takeoff, and propped my feet on the footrest.

And as for the AVOD, the videos wouldn't resume (I know, world's tiniest violin is playing for me right now). If you exited a video selection and returned back to it later, it would ask if you wanted to resume or start over, and when I selected 'resume' it exited the video altogether.
