You might want to look at Wanpro or Bombay Electronics, both of whom I've bought from.

Wanpro's stuff is extremely hardy.

For a laptop, it is highly likely your power supply can handle 110-220, so all you'd need is a plug adapter. I've used a cheapy three into two one regularly, then just get the adapter for wherever you're going. I'm sure you'll be able to get those throughout China also.
