Breakfast hasn't changed much since it was streamlined many months ago. For a mid-con, you should expect a tray with a banana and an egg/cheese burrito or egg/cheese bagel. A basket of warm breads from the oven will be presented. Sometimes a small fruit salad replaces the banana but this is quite rare.

The nice people in Economy get essentially the same thing, sans the warm breads. The people in F get exactly the same thing, but with bigger plates.
