Really? How many times have you called a store and been forced to listen to some remarkably ridiculous greeting about their new promotion, rather than someone just saying hello. It happens all the time and I would suggest that it has only a marginal positive or negative impact on the overall business and employees.
Plus, this is one of those things that the crew say so often that in a couple of says they won't think twice about it as they work it into their scripts. I really don't think that there is going to be a revolt among the cremembers because a few people on FT don't like the new marketing slogan.
