Ugh... Well...
I have not been to the NGO lounge but, I've spent many an 8 hour layover in the NRT lounge. Wifi, fast Slingbox connection , Showers, Beer Machine, Kiri Cheese and Soda Crackers.

Doesn't sound like you really have a burning desire to go and "see" or "do" anything. There are certainly worse places in an airport to kill a day than an NH lounge.
