How much of an issue is there with WT+ passengers using the First class toilet(s)?
I would of thought it would be easier/less noticeable for them to sneak into that one (or two, not sure if First has one or two toilets allocated to it).
On my flight there was a velvet rope partitioning off the FC cabin so it seemed clear they preferred the WT-plus passengers to use the J facilities rather than FC.
