I'm a big user of TripAdvisor but only so far, I don't take everything at face value. Their polls are certainly included in that. IIRC The Embassy Suites in Portland was in their top 10 luxury hotels list for the US last year

That said I hope my esteemed fellow users are right about Queenstown and Milford Sound as I'm going there next month
