I went to a local Walmart and found this for only $9.97:

It is an all-in-one. On this adapter, the flat two prongs used in the US can be swivelled to the angle like "\ /" for use in China/Australia/New Zealand. Amazing!

However, the build quality is very low. Huh, it's Walmart and the price is <$10. As long as it lasts for a few weeks, I am happy.
