Personally, given the choice, I think I would much prefer the EWR-SIN nonstop in the new J product compared to the 1-stop. The proper flat surface means you can actually have a meaningful sleep, and you can go in one long stretch which - although I would think twice before doing it in Y - wouldn't seem too bad in the new J product. Saves time, and saves the hassle of getting off the aircraft during the FRA stop too.
