The Westin (Sheraton as was) has HUGE deluxe rooms, one or two per floor, which are basically junior suites. Had one 18 months ago. This is a conference hotel, though and - whilst 5 mins walk from the Waterfront - obviously doesn't have the huge grounds of the Nellie.
