Well yesterday morning the huge World Duty Free shop had one cashier open and it took them ten minutes to get sorted to take my money. I guess they are unfamiliar with cutomers.

The comparison was Travelex who went out of their way to find me enough Danish Kroner for the office in the BA lounge to do £400 for me. (Although they did say that they didn't talk Worldpoints cards so not everything is perfect - yet!)
