Interesting how our experiences all vary. My list (usually fly domestic Y not F-C) would be:
CZ
CA & HU tossup
MU

Haven't flown FM. I agree CA has a lot of arrogant/rude ones working for them. My CZ experience, esp during irregular ops, has been better than CA experiences during same. Haven't been on HU in a year or so, but was previously pleased and have heard they've gotten better. I despise MU so much that I'd rather take the train...or a bicycle. I also won't fly Chinese airlines on long-haul international routes. I was permanently cured of that after experiencing the old CAAC long hauls in the 1980's. Like an elephant, I have a long memory (and unforgiving nature). 'Nuff said.
