It is solely the problem of BA and not the WT+ passengers. I suspect most of them don't realise they are not supposed to do it. Many cabin crew just ignore what goes on and couldn't care less and on occasions actually condone it.So unless they change the layout it shall continue. No big deal,some of them have probably paid a lot of money for their seat.
