Yes, I agree with PUCCI that his way of handling the issue was wrong. He should have raised it with the ground staff at the gate or the CSD, not to make another passenger feel uncomfortable. That passenger did not make the decision, BA did and in that case take it up with whoever made the decision. Two wrongs don't make a right - he felt he was wronged, why should he do this to somebody else who didn't make the decision.

And, as PUCCI also said, none of us know the exact details of how this happened, only those who were there at the time did. How do any of us know what class of ticket was bought?
