This is rather sad coming from someone who in an earlier post made while "under the influence" told one of our most valued members to "f... off" and that he was arrogant and complacent.

Knowing that person well I can only say you don't how wide of the mark you were in your assumptions. He is one of the most customer focussed employees BA have. As is PUCCI. I would far rather be treated to the good manners shown by either of them.
And yes I do know you apologised for your comment, but it's a shame you haven't deleted it as those with good manners would have done.
