One of my bags was missing when I landed yesterday on 858 PVG -> SFO. 1K baggage desk has called me at least 5 times since I landed, continuously notifying me of what they are doing to track my baggage ^ I do think that things like this will happen and so taking it in stride but am happy about the service.
