i am interested in making some FF points but i dont fly frequently (but i sure want too) I am thinking of getting one of these cards that pay 1 point for every $ spent.

Are these good value/worth it?

Also, is it legal for me to buy goods with it and then simply return them (keeping the points)

and am i allowed to pay for other peoples things with the card (i.e i go to the shops and ask people if i can run the price for there groceries through my credit card and they give me the cash) ??
