I'd take the bus between 2D and 2E, if only because you will clear outbound immigration in 2D where there will rarely be a significant line and it may save you some time. I am assuming your flight from Marseille will park at a remote stand -- once you reach 2D on the bus you simply follow the "Correspondence 2E" signs to the bus. I would think it would ordinarily take approximately 50 minutes to get from a remote stand at 2D to the gate at 2E when traveling in economy.

S3 is reached either as the second stop on the transfer bus from 2D, via a pedestrian tunnel from 2F, or via shuttle train from 2E (after outbound immigration but before security).
