There really isn't that much to "do" at the lounge. There are quiet areas to rest in comfortable chairs. There are a few public PCs in the "business workstations" area(s). If LAX/BOS already did some remodeling then there ought to be a free "cyber cafe" near the bar area. Near the bar area, there are flat screen TV's to watch ESPN or the news. Oh, there might be some massage-chairs in the lounge and as others have said, the shower facilities can be relaxing.
