Hello, reffering to flight attendant and airline check-in counter attendants, do most airlines offer some sort of discounted airfare as a benefit or perk? If so, I am just curious as to what sort of discount is commonly recieved.

Besides the discount, the employee receive a number of passes (greatly reduced fares on standby) that can be given to friends.
After 25 years of service, your perks is with you for the rest of your life, even when you are no longer in their employment.
