However we would expect more from a J product in this day and age, from a "non-US carrier". As for US-carriers, just forget it altogether!
If others can do it, so should Qantas. The tray is tacky and only goes to demonstrate that they don't want to spend the time to do a proper set-up. This is the point I'm trying to make.
