Personally I shop at Zara when an airline has lost/delayed my luggage. I know that I can buy a nice attire.

The problem that I have with Zara that they have exactly the same clothes at the stores in Santa Monica, Salvador da Bahia, Buenos Aires, Tokyo etc.
