My friend is landing 3 hrs after me on air canada. Is there only 1 immigrations area and can I wait outside that area for them? Just trying to figure out where will be a good meeting point for us as both of our cell phones will not work.
If you check Narita's website you can find out if the which terminal AC flights arrive into. Then you can simply wait outside of immigration when the time comes. I've done that at T1, and I would imagine that it's no harder at T2, if that's the relevant terminal.
