I sure hope UA is still flying next July when you take your trip. Good luck.
Currently, UA tends to take meal order by giving preferences to 1K and full fare customer first. That's why sometimes it is funny to see flight attendant moving from row 2 to row 5, back to row 1 to take meal order.
