I have PP through the Citi Amex card. I seldom use it due to One World and AA lounge access. However, the times I have accessed a lounge w/a guest, I have been overcharged and double charged. I had to fax my "record of visit" to substantiate I had only one guest, not two guests as I had been charged on my Amex. The charges also appeared twice in one statement. After remedying the problem, the charges reappeared in subsequent Amex statements and stem from the same lounge visit w/a guest.

Given my experiences, I would not recommend PP.
