Following worthy advice on here, I acquired a BA AMEX card, but alas many traders won't accept it. It's fine in Tesco, Shell, M&S etc. Do most FF's use it abroad, getting caught for commission? Otherwise it might be difficult to accumulate the 20k spend required for the 241!

I suppose the best idea, if still available in 3 months, would be to take the PP card, thereby halving the required spend?

If I then get a PP card for my wife, would it be free?
