you are so right about the NW FA's. I was in F once and asked for a drink and was curtly told to wait your turn. We waited for 20 min in the FC Elite check in at the airport once and were the only customers in the line. They do not routinely offer beverages before takeoff anymore. Every once in a while you get lucky.

However, You are dead wrong about the club in Memphis. They have several people picking up after us. They have always been friendly helpful and very cooperative.
