Koko, I remember that motion and, yes, I did vote for it. It says:
All motions that are duly seconded and put before TalkBoard for a vote shall be posted in a new thread in the public TalkBoard Topics Forum along with the voting start/end period.
Motions on topics related to the internal administration of TalkBoard (such as election of officers) and some topics requested for discussion or input by Randy Petersen and/or members of the House of Miles staff will be exempted from this public posting requirement.
The purpose of posting voting topics in the public TalkBoard forum is to solicit member feedback on any motions that are up for a vote, and to allow for comments after a vote is made. It is at the sole discretion of the individual TalkBoard members whether they choose to post in the public discussion thread, there being no requirement to do so.
By all means, do not reveal any votes which deal purely with the internal administration of TB. Nor should you reveal any topic which was requested for discussion by Randy or the House of Miles staff.
Indeed, I will fully understand if you say that "nothing was discussed at the TB Meeting except the internal administration of TB and topics raised by Randy."
I will be disappointed, of course, that issues raised by members on TB Topics were not discussed. I will also be disappointed that no TB members brought up their own topics. Still, if you assure me that this is the case then I will agree that no TB member's right to state his or her own opinion is being violated.
