But one either are published, I'd say the TB members who wish to state their own views are certainly welcome to do so.
Now we are getting somewhere. There was a "privacy agreement". TalkBoard certainly has the right to establish a policy prohibiting members from revealing what issues were discussed, but that would require a vote in which 2/3rds of those voting agreed to this policy.
Was such a vote held? If so, why was it not publicized in accordance with TB guidelines?
If there was no such vote, how was this "privacy agreement" established and how many TB members were in favor of it?
