I am trying to make a reservation to Berlin on November 26th. On their website, under "timetable" it shows a direct flight. They also tell me that they have a direct flight that day when I call the Elite line.

However, if I try to make a reservation on the website, and hit "direct flights only", it tells me that there is no direct flight that day, and routes me through Amsterdam.

Am I doing something wrong?
Is the website wrong?
What days do they fly direct between Newark and Berlin the later part of November?
