Randy, for new members your suggestion is perfect.

For the existing ones that are employed in travel related fields, IMHO you have to be proactive. Many people overlook the FT announcement icon on the top of the boards, or that would be the ideal place for this type of alert. Therefore to protect the existing posters that are an invaluable source of information and our friends, I strongly urge you to place an appropriately worded warning as a thread in every affected board.

The number of industry people that this warning relates to are a minority on FT, and I am sure that you will not have a problem keeping this a traveler oriented board.
