Never really wanted to put a hard number on it.

I guess i am in the same ballpark as the OP for business about 180 as typical 4 nights a week probably 45+ weeks per year.

Add to it a week of vacation, quite a few long weekends, moving kids in and out of college, parents weekends etc., I guess I am gone well over 200.

Ouch.
